Valutek's first contact, your valuation tool

Inmotek will incorporate a new comparison and valuation tool for agency groups and franchises that will allow you to obtain accurate property valuation information.

Important considerations:
- All data will be anonymous and locations will be approximate.
- Any group can disable the tool
- Any agency within the group must disable access to its data by other group members in Valutek. If you disable Valutek, you will also be unable to use the tool.
- With this information you will have property valuation criteria to refine the valuation offered to the owner as much as possible.
