We have updated Inmotek with several new features, all of them very important, and we have also equipped Inmotek with new servers to maintain current speed and performance.

Home search

We've restructured the two search functions on the homepage, "By Number" and "By Phone," into a single search that also searches for text. You can now search for anything within Inmotek directly from the homepage. The search options include:

• Customer names
• Supplier names
• Customer and owner phone numbers
• Title of the promotions
• Customer data
• Property details
• Streets of buildings
• Usernames
• Number of any of these elements.
• We will add the search function to the stock market and groups in the coming days.
• It offers a maximum of 60 results per concept, clients, properties, etc.

Listing search engine

Now in each listing you will see a box with the title "Find in this listing". Basically, what this search engine does is refine the search. If you go to Properties for Sale in Portfolio, and type a phone number, it will search among the phone numbers of property owners in the Portfolio, that is, it acts on the filter that already exists in the listing.

Similarly, if you are in Clients->All and search for a phone number or name using that field, you will surely find it, but if you have previously applied a filter, the search will be done on the existing filters.

Global search engine across all of Inmotek

The same search bar we have at the top of Inmotek, which searches for anything we type throughout the system, is now located in the top right corner. When we type anything, the results will appear; we can hover our mouse over them and open them in a new tab. It offers a maximum of 60 results per category, such as clients, properties, etc.

When you move your mouse pointer away from the search results for about a second, the search results will automatically hide.

In addition, a menu now appears under your username with options to change your password and modify your data.

Weather information

Now when you create and view a visit in the next 5 days, Inmotek offers you weather information for the place where you are going to make the visit in 3-hour intervals.

The information is collected in real time from a weather service. In a future update, we will add traffic information and estimated arrival times for walking, cycling, and driving.

More information about your properties

At the bottom of the property details page, where the Public Notices information is located, there's a new tab called Other Information. In this section, you can add more detailed information about the property that can't be included in any other field. Some details may require more precise explanation, such as outstanding construction work or assessments, or literature about the property that requires more than one line.

You can fill in several aspects that you will see in the drop-down field; if you change from one value to another, what you have written will NOT be lost.

These descriptions are later visible in the "WITH CLIENTS" work mode, meaning it is more in-depth public information about the property.

We have also added new information fields such as Safe, home automation, electric blinds, etc.
