Sign in to visits on your mobile phone

You can now ask the people you visit properties with to sign the visit forms on your mobile phone. You'll see that at the bottom of the visit form, you have the option for the client to sign with their finger or a pencil.

We have already published the Price Calculator

Next to the sale prices you will see a small calculator icon; clicking it will open a window where you can calculate and view the prices for the owner, the commission, and the retail price.

If you modify any of the fields, the prices will be recalculated.

Observations on watermarks

By default, all photos will CONTINUE TO BE SENT to all portals and your website WITH watermarks; you can simply disable this.

We have already published garage and storage room fields

We have given more importance to the data on garages and storage rooms, which have their own section within the property record and contain two new fields of notes about the garage and storage room.

We have also created a field indicating whether or not the storage room is included in the price, just as there was already one for the garage.

You can search for these fields and in a few days you can also file claims.
