What's new at Inmotek

New features in the Valutek tool

• We have increased the available radio options for comparing your properties
• You will be able to compare both owned properties and group properties.
• On the map you will see both the properties in our portfolio, as well as properties in other states with similar characteristics.
• On the same map you will see a legend with the main information about the property and you can expand it to see even more information, as well as photographs
• The comparisons are based on
  • Location (coordinates assigned to the property)
  • Usable and built square meters
  • Rooms and bathrooms
  • Whether it's exterior/interior/mixed
  • Elevator and accessibility
