New monthly agenda view available
You have a new calendar view by month .

IMPORTANT - The calendar now shows your actions and those you have been invited to by default. If you want to see other calendars, at the top you can choose the calendars of other colleagues you wish to view: You can choose to see them all at once. |
Sending internal notes to agency users in my groups
You can now send internal memos to the other agencies in your groups. They will appear on their screens along with an alert sound!
Modifying deeds from the agenda
When you save a contract specifying its execution date, an event entry is created in the calendar for that date. Since execution dates can vary, when you modify the action in the calendar, it will change in the contract, and vice versa.
Reminder about the CPI update
Each time you insert a rental agreement managed by your agency, Inmotek will create a future task (11 months and 15 days later) so you don't forget to remind landlords about the CPI update.
