Problems with Google Chrome
Some users have reported problems with Google Chrome, in which access is blocked randomly and the screen remains frozen. After hours of research and from what we have read on the Internet, we believe that it is a Google Chrome error with one of the javascript libraries ( things for computer scientists) that inmotek uses.
The solution while Google releases a patch is to work with Firefox, a browser that is very similar to Google Chrome, safe, and free. You can download it at https://www.mozilla.org/es-ES/
It is 100% compatible with inmotek although we developed inmotek for Google Chrome there is no problem in using it.
I don't receive emails in my inmotek
Some users tell us that they do not receive emails in Inmotek, this happens because they are users of Google Suite or Gmail accounts who have configured their email account as IMAP.
If you have Google Suite or GMAIL email accounts you must use the TOKEN configuration.
To do this, from your user profile, choose "Type of Service" GSuite" and click below on "Regenerate Token"

Idealista and Inmotek have improved their collaboration and from now on all changes and modifications made from the Inmotek platform will be published within a maximum waiting period of 30 minutes.
