Signage remodeling to comply with the new regulations

Due to the new regulations in force, as set out in Law 10/2025 of December 26, which governs customer service, Inmotek will be making substantial changes. Both Inmotek's signage, as well as the online property carousel and listings, will be modified to comply with the new regulations and their requirements. Among other things, the advertisements must include the following information:

- Marketing price of the property.
- Percentage of fees to be applied to the final sale price or lump sum or fixed price, as applicable. Add the corresponding VAT percentage.
- Percentage of ITP or VAT tax to be applied to the transaction.
- Additional expenses, specifying the concept and, if possible, an estimate of the price: Notary and registration fees.
