Updates for inmmotek from October 2019 and future lines of work
At inmotek we are moving towards a new stage. To achieve this, this month we have implemented the latest package of improvements and updates planned for the third quarter of 2019 and we are moving forward with the planning of the new lines of work with which to make inmotek grow.
Many of the improvements have been born from your contributions and comments, as well as from functionalities that we have been able to improve thanks to your experience. Some of the improvements are not visible to the naked eye but have been aimed at minimizing screen loading times and offering information in a more efficient and graphical way. Other improvements complement existing ones, such as the possibility of not only creating notes, but also displaying and saving them from any inmotek screen.
We are particularly proud of the new process design that allows us to personalise the processes of acquiring or managing properties, favouring time control and allowing us to record everything that makes the successful completion of a purchase or rental process possible.
In order to facilitate the analysis of the activity, we have also included a section that allows you to record the reasons for rejecting a property. This allows you to configure reasons such as: you don't like the layout, little natural light, poorly lit street at night... Because we believe that all of this data is a useful tool for marketing the properties.
We have also added the option to configure summary cards with custom filters that are set for clients, sales, rentals... all of which will allow you to enter the lists or see the cases you have in hand from the first moment you access the program, without having to enter the different sections, generate new filters or select them from existing ones.
As we always say, our goal is to make the day-to-day work in the real estate agency as agile and easy as possible. With this same approach, we have designed two new lines of action that we are starting to work on right now. On the one hand, a line that allows the analysis and automation of the emails received through the real estate portals; on the other, introducing an information panel in each property and for each portal in which we can see when the last update was made on the portal, if there was an error and even the reason why a property could not be uploaded. In this way, problems due to lack of completion in the property file itself can be solved immediately by the user.
