To complete our training and support resources for inmotek users, we have decided to launch a new complementary format. In it, we will see different inmotek features, new features and tools through live videos. In addition, during the broadcast we will offer the possibility of asking questions and asking live questions related to the topics to be covered in each of our videos.
In our first broadcast, the central topic will be the creation of files in Inmotek. Although this tool is well known by many of our users, the new system updates have allowed us to introduce a series of fields that represent an improvement in both the client and property files. The topics we will cover will be the following:
- Create a property listing
- Create a customer owner record
- Create a customer record with an active demand
- Schedule a visit to the new property
- Create a reservation/deposit contract for that new property
- Generate a contract from inmotek
And we will also give you a sneak peek of the new features that will make signing reservations and contracts more agile and efficient. Don't miss out!
